The foundation operates several annual programs that focus primarily on the promotion of volunteerism, health and wellness, and character development among young people.

The Power of Giving Youth Coach Award, sponsored by the Ryan Nece Foundation, will be presented at the Tampa Bay Sports Commission's 2nd Annual Tampa Bay Sneaker Soiree.
The award will be presented to a coach at the high school level or below who goes above and beyond his/her coaching duties to instill life skills, character development, and values such as integrity and honesty in young athletes.
The 2nd Annual Tampa Bay Sneaker Soiree: A Celebration of Excellence in Sports Business will take place on Thursday, May 31st, 2012 at TPepin's Hospitality Centre and will mark just the second time our community has honored the "off the field" business accomplishments of each of our local sports properties.
